摘要
利用高效液相色谱对黑龙江省主栽品种合丰25和加拿大品种Beyfield进行杂交后的重组自交系进行维生素E含量测定,结合主基因加多基因的混合遗传模型,对大豆种子中维生素E各个成分含量进行遗传分析,初步得到大豆中维生素E各个成分的遗传模型,为大豆分子辅助育种奠定基础。
The content of vitamin E was determined by high performance liquid chromatography on Heilongjiang Province cultivar Hefeng25 and Canada cultivar Beyfield hybridized recombinant inbred lines. The contents of various components of soybean seeds vitamin E were conducted a genetic analysis by mixed genetic model of major gene and polygene. The genetic models of every component of soybean vitamin E were preliminary obtained. The genetic models were the foundation for molecular assisted breeding of soybean.
