摘要
硫酸钡制剂是常用的普遍认为安全的消化道造影剂,但临床应用中仍可发生轻微到严重的不良反应及并发症,甚至死亡,而医师对此认识不足。本文就硫酸钡制剂在消化道造影中的不良反应及并发症的研究进展进行综述,讨论其发生原因及防治措施,以期引起更多重视。
Barium sulphate is a relatively safe and effective contrast medium that is widely used in radiologic examinations for gastrointestinal tract.Adverse reactions and complications related to barium sulphate contrast medium ranges from mild to severe and even death in rare cases,while the level of knowledge about those adverse reactions and complications among physicians is unsatisfactory.This paper reviews chemical and clinical properties of barium sulphate,and associated adverse reactions and complications.
