摘要
领导作用原则是ISO9000标准八项质量管理原则之一,是组织构建ISO9001质量管理体系的理论基础,阐述了领导作用原则在高职院校教育质量管理体系中的应用方法,提出了在高职教育质量管理体系运行管理中发挥领导作用的对策及建议。
The leadership principle is one of the eight quality management principles of ISO9000 standard,It is the rationale of building ISO9001 quality management system by organization,The paper expounds the application on the principle of leadership in the education quality management system in higher vocational colleges,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of playing a leading role in the operation management of the quality management system.
