摘要
根据吸收介质中近场散射辐射的非指数形式吸收及牛乳中乳蛋白的类球形结构,应用表观吸收参量从理论上分析乳蛋白溶液的表观散射、表观吸收以及它们的总和,即表观消光等光散射特性。所得表观理论值与实际消光值在粒度参数小于10的情况下误差小于0.1%,若将表观散射参量应用到乳蛋白含量的测量,将大大提高测量结果的准确度。
According to the non-exponential absorption of scattering radiation in near-field absorption medium, and spherical structure of the milk protein in milk, the apparent scattering, apparent absorption and their sum which is apparent extinction of light scattering properties are theoretically analyzed with the apparent absorption parameters. The error between the apparent theoretical value and the actual extinetion value is less than 0.1% when the particle size parameter is less than 10. When the apparent scattering parameters is applied to measure the milk protein content,the accuracy of the measurement results will be greatly improved.
