摘要 革兰阳性球菌种类较多,在自然界分布广泛,多存在于周围环境、人与动物的皮肤黏膜等部位,大多数为条件致病菌。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、耐万古霉素金黄色葡萄球菌对多种广谱强效抗生素呈多重耐药性,耐万古霉素肠球菌所致重症感染的种类成为临床棘手的问题,正确选用抗生素不仅可以保证抗感染取得良好的疗效,而且能减少其不良反应,延缓细菌耐药性的产生。 There are many species of gram-positive cocci, which is widely spread in nature, existing in surrounding environment such as the skin and mucosa of people and animals, most of them are conditional pathogenic bacteria. Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus, vancomycin-resistant staphylococcus aureus show their multi-drug resistance to many broad-spectrum antibiotics, and severe infections caused by vancomycin-resistant enterococci become clinically tough problems.The correct use of antibiotics can not only ensure the effect of anti-infective therapy, but also to reduce the adverse reactions and delay the occurrence of bacterial resistance.
