ZnS/ZnSe红外材料两相界面结合技术的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文主要通过对CVDZnS表面进行不同的表面处理技术后经二次沉积ZnSe制备了ZnS/ZnSe复合材料,研究了ZnS/ZnSe复合材料的两相界面结合机理以及对红外透过率的影响。结果表明:采用等离子清洗后的ZnS有利于两相界面的结合,通过在ZnS表面刻蚀处理使两相界面形成牢固的镶嵌结构,有利于提高两相界面的结合强度。 In this paper,ZnS/ZnSe was prepared by depositing ZnSe on the ZnS surface in different treatment technology.We have studied ZnS/ZnSe combination of the two phases as well as the impact of the infrared transmittance.The results indicated that surface of ZnS cleaning by plasma is benefit to combination of the two phases;ZnS surface by etching process is benefit to form a solid mosaic structure in two phases interface,improve the bonding strength of the two phases.
