摘要
本文对有色金属特别是Zn和Cu电沉积阳极材料的研究进行综述,重点从Pb基合金阳极,Ti基阳极,聚苯胺阳极以及铝基涂层阳极的制备与应用进行分析介绍,并且对未来有色金属湿法冶炼过程中阳极材料的研究进行展望,新型惰性阳极在湿法冶金工业中的应用,在降低能耗,推动有色金属电沉积工业的发展方面有着重要意义。
In this paper,anode materials for non-ferrous metals,especially Zn,Cu electrodeposition were reviewed,the point was focusing on the preparation and application of the anode of Pb-based alloys,titanium-based DSA,polyaniline and Al based anode.The prospect of the anode materials research in Non-ferrous hydrometallurgical process was discussed,and the application of an inert anode in hydrometallurgical industry has the important significance in reducing energy consumption and improving the development of non-ferrous metallurgy.
