摘要
质量是企业的生命,产品质量的提高是企业不断发展的重要前提,而产品设计很大程度上决定了产品质量及产品可靠性。着重介绍了一种分析方法,即设计故障模式及后果分析(DFMEA)在防爆产品设计中的应用,分析了DFMEA在防爆产品设计中实施的困难,提出实施解决方法及具体的开展步骤,使之更好地应用于防爆产品设计。
Quality is the life,and the improvement of product quality is an important prerequisite for the continued development,product design largely determine the quality of the product.This article describes a method of analysis.Design failure mode and effects analysis（DFMEA） proof product design,application,analysis,DFMEA implementation of the difficulties in the explosion-proof product design and the implementation of solutions and carry out steps to make it better used in explosion-proof products design.
