摘要
美国《新一代科学教育标准》是新一轮科学教育改革的里程碑。它充分体现整合这一当代基础教育阶段科学课程改革的核心理念,主要有三大变化:(1)按主题编排和故事线的串联,围绕大概念组织科学教育内容;(2)以表现期望为核心,使用"表现期望+基础盒子+连接盒子"的呈现方式;(3)参考学习进阶的研究成果,构建进阶矩阵和进阶关系图。上述变化实现了科学教育内容(包括实践、学科核心概念、共通概念、科学本质教育和STSE教育等)在横向和纵向上的整合。其整合理念的实现和基于研究的设计过程对我国理科课程标准的修订和教育研究具有重要启示。
The American Next Generation Science Standards which focuses on integration the core idea of contemporary elementary scientific curriculum reform is the milestone of American science education reform. Three changes are: (1) contents of science education are centered on big ideas by dint of storylines and topics arrangement; (2) performance expectations, which achieved the nexus of main aspects of science education-practice, discipline core ideas, crosscutting concepts, nature of science and STSE, are taken as the core content with fundamental boxes and connection boxes; (3) based on the research achievement of learning progressions, progression matrix and graphs are made to describe the coherent development of science education contents from K to 12. By virtue of these changes, both the horizontal integrate and vertical integrate of science education are achieved. In the end, some enlightenment from the new standards is offered for the revise of Chinese science curriculum standards.
