摘要
硒元素作为生物体的必需微量元素,在人类的生长及发育过程中发挥着极其重要的生理功能。有机硒化合物在抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤方面展现出卓越的生物活性,其研究、开发与应用研究是目前乃至今后国际化学、生命科学、临床医学等研究领域的热点。本文主要对有机硒化合物的类型、合成、应用、现状及前景进行讨论,初步探讨有机硒化合物的发展历程及应用前景。
Selenium is an essential trace element for organisms with important environmental and physiological significance. Organoselenium compounds show very excellent biological activities in the application of antioxidation, anti - inflammatory and antitumor. The study, development and application of organoselenium compounds have recently become an active area of increasing interest internationally, including chemistry, bioscience, clinical medicine, and so on. In this paper, their types, synthesis, application, current status and prospect of organoselenium compounds are investigated detailedly. The development and application prospects of organic selenium compounds are discussed primarily.
