摘要
目的提高外科手术患者健康宣教达标率。方法品管圈活动。结果活动后患者健康宣教达标率和护理工作满意度均优于活动前,且与活动前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动的开展,提高了外科手术患者健康宣教达标率,提升了护理工作满意度。
Objective To increase the health education standard rate among surgical patients. Methods Quality manage- ment circle activities. Results The health education standard rate and the nursing job satisfaction were better than that before the activities （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of quality management circle activities improved health education standard rate and nursing job satisfaction.
