矿用钻机液压回路行程开关与节流孔的设计

摘要 煤矿钻机可以通过液压回路控制实现自动化打钻作业,操作简单方便。论文设计了一种新的液压回路,钻机可以自动旋转和自动上升,当钻机运动到行程终点时,行程开关阀给出信号。通过行程开关与节流孔的匹配计算,实现自动停止,并自动下降。 Automatic drilling operation can be achieved through the controlling of the hydraulic circuit in Coal mine drill hydraulic system, it is simple and convenient. A new hydraulic circuit is designed in this paper, automatic rotation and lifting can be achieved. When the drilling operation run to the terminal, a signal is given by the travel switch valve, through the matching calculation between the travel switch valve and orifice, the drilling operation can stop automatically and descend automatically.
