摘要
有杆抽油系统是油气田开发中占主导地位的采油设备,而泵功图的确定对于判断井的工作状态具有重要意义.从Gibbs方程出发,建立了泵功图的求解模型;通过数据的预处理、数字化图版及MATLAB编程等方法,将悬点示功图转化为井下泵功图;利用有效冲程法和面积法建立了产量计算模型,通过比较推荐使用有效冲程法.同时,对比于常规的诸多假设下推出的阻尼系数,从方程本身和数据的利用出发,用差分反解得出阻尼系数,很好地避免了因假设带来的不完备性,从而较好地指导实际应用.
Sucker rod pumping equipment is the dominant petroleum engineering in the oil/gas field development, the graph of pump work plays a vital role in evaluating the state of well production. Starting from the Gibbs's equation, this text builds up the pump dynamometer solving model; by means of data pretreatment, digitized plates and MATLAB programming method, it converts the suspension point indicator diagram into a down-hole pump dynamometer; by use of effective stroke method and area method, it establishes the yield calculation model and recommends the effective stroke method; At the same time, com- paring to the damping factor introduced in many conventional assumptions and starting from the "equation itself and the use of data, it solves the damping coefficient on differential. The inverse solution avoids the incompleteness of some assumptions, thus it could be a better guidance to the practical application.
