前列腺癌早期诊断的分子标志物研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 前列腺癌(PCa)是男性常见恶性肿瘤。近年来在我国发病率呈上升趋势。目前前列腺癌的最常用且简便的标志物是前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)。随着对PSA的认识深入,人们发现其用于PCa早期诊断的敏感性和特异性并不理想,迫切需要寻找新的前列腺癌早期诊断的分子标志物。
