总结异经隐条织物生产要点。介绍了异经隐条织物规格。针对生产中的难点,调整筘齿排纱和伸缩筘横动量,保证292根T 14.8 tex纱经轴排列均匀和平整度;采用T 14.8 tex纱经轴单独过浆槽并染色的工艺路线;T 14.8 tex纱在退绕出经轴时,采用贴胶带并控制好伸缩筘抬起时机,保证纱的排列均匀;选用技术成熟的挡车工,防止花形穿错。优化织造工艺,最终实现了织机效率达91%的较好效果。
Key points of producing warp-varied shadow checks fabric were summarized. Fabric specifications of warp-varied shadow checks fabric were introduced. According to difficulties in production, reed arrangement and expansion reed transverse momentum were adjusted to ensure T 14.8 rex warp arrangement evenness and flatness. T 14.8 tex warp beam was soaked and dyed separately. When T 14.8 tex yarn was unwinding on warp beam, adhesive plaster was used to fix warp and control yarn evenness arrangement. Skilled machine operator was selected to avoid pattern mistake. Weaving processing was optimized ,finally loom efficiency can be reached 91%.
