超细晶粒金刚石涂层刀具高速铣削石墨的切削性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 选用超细晶粒和粗晶粒金刚石涂层的双刃整体硬质合金平头立铣刀,在相同切削参数下进行石墨的高速铣削加工试验。试验结果表明:超细晶粒金刚石涂层刀具具有良好的表面涂层性能,在切削过程中刀刃磨损均匀缓慢,刀具的使用寿命和工件的加工表面质量都优于粗晶粒金刚石涂层刀具,适合石墨等硬脆材料的高速切削加工。 Ultra-fine grain diamond coated cemented carbide flat end milling cutter and the coarse grain diamond coated one are used to mill graphite in high speed under the same cutting parameters. The results show that the ultra-fine grain one has better performance of surface coating. The wear of ultra-fine grain one's blades is slow and even, then its cutting life and quality of finished surface are better than the coarse grain one. So the ultra-fine grain diamond coated cutter is fit for high speed milling hard-brittle materials, such as graphite.
