摘要
岭南地区的湿热气候使得传统建筑的防潮设计与技术成为影响使用者健康和舒适的重要因素。该文分析岭南传统建筑中地面回潮成因和"防导结合"的整体防潮思想,进而讨论岭南传统建筑各个部分的防潮设计重点:建筑上部防潮针对防风雨侵袭,下部防潮为防止地下水汽的渗透;中部则是两者兼顾。在此基础上,详细分析了岭南传统建筑的墙身和地面两个重点部位防潮设计的构造技术。其中防潮材料的巧妙运用和建筑构件的灵活处理,闪耀着岭南传统建筑建造者的勤劳与智慧。
The design and construction techniques of the building proof moisture is important to health and comfort of traditional architectures' users under the humid climate in Lingnan. The paper analyzes reasons of moisture and comprehensive ideas of the building proof moisture, and discusses various parts of proof moisture design of traditional architectures in Lingnan. For example, the top part is to prevent rain and the bottom part is to block ground water, meanwhile both preventing and ventilating are used in the middle part. Then, paper analyzes two key parts of the proof moisture design and construction techniques in which use of materials and constructions show great diligence and wisdom of traditional architectures' builders in Lingnan.
