摘要
建立健全高校教师发展专门机构是遵循教师成长规律的内在要求,也是加强师资队伍建设的重要措施。我国高校应当在学习借鉴国内外高校教师发展专门机构经验的基础上,积极按照国家有关部门提出高校建立教师发展机构的要求,构筑教师持续发展的平台,克服发展的各种障碍,明确高校教师发展机构的职责,理顺运行机制;完善教师发展的内容;积极探索提高教师发展质量的措施,促进高校教师朝着专业化、个性化、综合化的方向发展。
