摘要
以榆树湾煤为对象,对水煤浆添加剂SWF-1进行工业应用。分析显示,水煤浆浓度在59%～62%,粘度在600～1200 mPa.S,72小时的析水率≤5%,pH在7～9,粒度分布合理,各项指标均在德士古气化工艺的水煤浆技术要求范围内,水煤浆成浆性能良好,生产运行稳定。
Taking coal sample of YuShuWan for object,and take SWF-1 for industrial application.Analysis showed that the concentration of CWS in 59 % to 62 %,the viscosity in 600~1200 mPa.S,72 hours of drainage rate is 5 % or less,the pH in 7~9,particle size distribution is reasonable,all the indexes in the Texaco gasification process of coal-water slurry technology requirements within the scope of coal water slurry water slurry performance is good,the operation stability.
