摘要
文章采用(硫酸)=2%的甲醇溶液酯化法对红树林内生真菌Nigrospora sp.代谢产物的石油醚部位衍生化,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪分离和鉴定脂肪酸的组成和含量。结果表明:共分离鉴定出24种脂肪酸,占脂肪酸总量的91.32%,其中不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的49.97%,饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的41.35%。
In the paper,(sulfuric acid) = 2 % methanol esterification method was used to derivative of mangrove endophytic fungi Nigrospora sp,and GC-MS method was used to separate and identify of the fatty acid composition and content.The results showed that a total of 24 kinds of fatty acids were identified,accounting for 91.32 % of total fatty acids.Moreover,unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 49.97 % of total fatty acids and saturated fatty acids accounted for 41.35 % of total fatty acids.
