摘要
首次在 1450℃合成了以[PO4]和[A1O4]形成网络结构的、具有良好本征水硬性的 CaO- Al2O3-P2O5-ZnO玻璃水泥,分析了形成玻璃水泥的基本理论依据,应用光学显微镜、X射线衍射 (XRD)、电子探针微区分析(EPMA)、Fourier红外光谱(IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析 了Zn~2+对玻璃水泥的相组成和相形态形成及其结构的影响,并分析了对水泥水硬性的影响规律。
CaO-A12O3-P2O5-ZnO glass cement with intrinsic high hydration strength has been synthesized at 1450℃, and the theory of the formation of glass cement has been worked out briefly. The glass cement has the network co-formed by [PO4] and [A1O4]. The influence of Zn^2+ ion on the phase composition, state of glass cement, the evolution of the structure in glass cement clinker, relationship between the phase structure and hydration strength have been analyzed and discussed by means of optical microscope, X-ray diffraction (XRD), electronic probe microanalysis (EPMA), Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray photoeletronic spectroscopy (XPS).
