摘要
本文对教师技能的概念进行了新的界定,从基础技能、核心技能和高级技能三个维度重构了教师技能的内涵结构,并以楚雄师范学院初等教育学院的教师技能培养实践为个案,讨论了师范生教师技能培养的有效途径与方法。
This paper reconstruct connotation of teachers' skill in three dimensions of basic skills, core skills and advanced skills. Furthermore, the effective ways for training teachers' skill are discussed by taking a teachers' skill training practice from the school of primary education of Chuxiong normal u- niversity as example.
