糖化血红蛋白与血脂联检在糖尿病诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过对糖尿病患者与健康者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及血脂、血浆脂蛋白检测的结果进行分析和比较,探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及血脂、血浆脂蛋白之间的关系及联合检测在糖尿病(DM)诊断中的应用价值。方法对门诊健康查体者78例糖耐量正常者(NGT组)、81例糖尿病住院患者(DM组)定量检测糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL—C),对结果进行分析比较,研究糖化血红蛋白、血脂在两组之间存在的差异并判断其联合检测在糖尿病诊断中的意义。结果DM组HbA1C、FBG、TC、TG、LDLC水平明显高于NGT组,HDL—C水平明显低于NGT组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论糖化血红蛋白及血脂各检测项目均对糖尿病的诊断具有重要作用,其联合检测对于糖尿病的诊断具有更为重要的指导意义。 Objective To discuss the relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and blood fat and plasma lipoprotein and the application value of combined detection for the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods 81 cases of hospitalized DM patients (DM group) and 78 healthy subjects (NGT group) were enrolled and detected for HbAlc, fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyeride (TG), high density lipopro teiwcholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), and the results were statistically ana lyzed. Results Levels of HbA1c, FBG, TC, TG and LDL-C in DM group were significantly higher than NGT group, but HDL C level was significantly lower(P〈0.05)Conclusion HbAlc and blood fat detection could be important to diabetes diagnosis, and combined detection might be more important.
