摘要
北仑发电厂三期工程锅炉观光平台是一个球形抓点式透明玻璃幕墙观光平台。位于7号机组锅炉钢结构西南角柱上方约80m高。由于观光平台周围四分之三的空间均处于半空中,球外壳玻璃幕墙安装的施工难度很大。为保证施工安全,经过现场多次调查研究和方案比选,最终选择从锅炉观光平台下方67.6m的锅炉钢平台上搭建临时悬挑施工平台,在施工平台上搭设施工操作脚手架进行锅炉观光平台玻璃幕墙的施工。通过施工平台的成功搭设,最终圆满完成了锅炉观光平台的施工任务。
The boiler sightseeing platform of Beilun power plant phase III is a spherical point support transparent glass curtain wall. The platform is about 80 meters high of the southwest comer in the steel structure of unit 7. As a result three fourth space of the sightseeing platform are in mid-air, the ball shell installation of glass curtain wall construction is very difficult. In order to guarantee the safety of the construction site, after repeated investigation and scheme comparison and selection, the final selection is to build a temporary suspended construction platform on 67.6m of the boiler steel platform which is beneath of the boiler sightseeing platform. Then the operation scaffold is constructed in the construction of platform. Through the successful construction erection of the platform, the construction of the boiler sightseeing platform finally has been completed satisfactory.
