miRNA在卵巢癌发病机制研究中的现状与进展 被引量:3

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是非编码的小分子RNA,通过影响转录后水平的基因表达,从而调节机体功能。近年来的研究发现miRNA与肿瘤的发生发展都有密切的关系,可能同时存在着致癌或抑癌的作用,与肿瘤的发生发展有密切的联系。研究发现miRNA的水平在正常组织与卵巢癌组织中存在着显著的差异,不但可以作为探索卵巢癌发病机制的新途径,而且可能成为卵巢癌诊断、预后判断和治疗的新靶点。随着对miRNA功能与机制的研究不断完善,将发现更多与妇科肿瘤相关的miRNA,也将促进miRNA在卵巢癌的诊断和治疗中的应用。 MicroRNA (miRNA) is non-coding small RNA,which regulates the body functions via affecting gene expression at the post-transcriptional level.In recent years,many studies find that miRNA and tumor development have a close relationship,and there may be carcinogenic or tumor suppressor role at the same time,which closely linked with the development of tumors.There is a significant difference of miRNA levels between normal tissue and ovarian cancer tissue,which may be not only as a new way to explore the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer,but also as a new target of ovarian cancer diagnosis,prognosis and therapy.As the research development of miRNA function and mechanism,more the gynecologic cancer miRNA will be found,and hence promote the application of miRNA in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
