尼龙网眼布和棉细平布经过刺绣后贴合成双层织物,再经过圆网印制烂花浆,使面层的棉细平布烂成一朵朵花,露出底层的尼龙网布,再分别染棉和尼龙,获得古朴俏皮的风格。文中介绍了尼棉双层织物烂花加工工艺和注意事项。
Burnt-out printing process and the related precautions of double layer nylon/cotton fabric are introduced. Double layer fabric is prepared by bonding of nylon mesh and cotton plain by embroidering, and then rotary screen printing with burnt-out paste is carried out followed by dyeing of cotton and nylon respectively, which can obtain lively and lovely style with flower pat- tern of cotton plain on the face side and partly exposed nylon mesh.
