摘要
目的:利用医院信息系统及计算机数据库技术,结合抗菌药物临床应用管理办法,设计一套抗菌药物分级管理系统,以提高抗菌药物管理水平,促进临床合理用药。方法:抗菌药物分级系统结构采用C/S体系结构,服务器端为HIS数据库,客户端采用PB可视化语言开发。在数据库中将抗菌药物分非限制、限制及特殊使用三级,授予不同级别的医生使用,并在医生工作站中严格控制使用权限。结果:该分级系统成功嵌入军卫一号系统,完全符合国家抗菌药物分级管理的相关规定,并有效地加强了抗菌药物的合理使用。结论:该系统操作简单易懂,加强了抗菌使用的事前控制,有效遏制了抗菌药物的滥用,节约了人力、物力和管理成本,落实了医院抗菌药物的管理制度及规定。
Objective: Using hospital information systems and computer database technology, we designed a set of antibacterial drug classification management system within the clinical use of antibiotics provisions. Methods: Antibacterial drug classification management system structure using C/S architecture, the server-side was system database. Antimicrobial drugs had been divided into non-restricted, restricted and special using in the database, and had been granted different doctors to use in the doctor workstation. Results: Antibacterial drug classification management system successfully embedded in No.1 Military Medical Systems, fully compliant with provisions of the national antibacterial drug classification management, and strengthened the rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Conclusion: The system was simple and understandable, strengthened the beforehand control of antimicrobial use, effectively controlled the abuse of antimicrobial drugs, saved manpower and material resources and management costs, implemented the provisions of antibacterial drug using our hospital.
