摘要
经过CAD辅助放样设计和理论强度计算,提出了"立柱中缸底精加工工艺"、"立柱小柱通液孔焊接工艺"、"活塞杆加工工装设计及工艺改进"三种工艺改进,实践证明了这一方法的正确性和可行性,此两种立柱工艺的改进不仅保证了图纸要求的配合公差和产品要求的质量使用性能,而且生产效率也有较大幅度提高,在实际生产中已得到广泛的应用,具有良好的推广意义。
