摘要
目的:探讨锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法:对我院52例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折切开复位锁定钢板内固定术进行回顾。结果:按Dinest标准评估优良率为92.3%。结论:锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折,术后腕关节功能恢复较好,是治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的较好方法。
Objective：To study the efficacy by using locking plates in distal radius comminuted fractures. Methods： 52 patients with distal radius comminuted fracture were retrospectively studied in the research, and the 52 patients adopted open reduction and fixation with locking plates in our hospital. Results： The excellent rate was 92.3% according to Dinest evaluation standard. Conclusion： The locking plate treatment is a better choice for distal radius comminuted fractures because the function of wrist is well recovered after the surgery.
