摘要
根据国内外主要直升机甲板标准规范对某栈桥连接平台的实际案例进行了分析,同时结合国外石油公司的经验做法对固定平台上直升机甲板限制障碍物区与无障碍物区的范围进行了探讨。建议我国栈桥连接平台直升机甲板的限制障碍物区与无障碍物区的范围应按照一个平台考虑,保护范围为1 000 m;同时应在国内规范中尽快补充关于直升机甲板限制障碍物区与无障碍物区的范围要求,从而保证直升机甲板的安全可靠性和作业时效性。
This paper analyzes some bridge connect ed platforms according to the requirements of do mestic and foreign standards, and discusses the de marcation line of limited obstruct zone and obstruct free zone of helideck on fixed platforms according to the empirical practices of foreign oil companies. It suggests the protection zone of helideck should be in range of 1 000 m and bridge connected plat forms should be considered as one when analyzing limited obstruct zone and obstruct free zone of he lideck. It also suggests to supplement the require ments for the range of limited obstruct zone and obstruct free zone of helideck in Chinese standards as soon as possible to protect safety, dependability and efficiency of helideck.
