摘要
提出并实现了一种考虑人体足底压力分布,对楦底曲面进行重构的技术。从鞋楦点云数据中提取楦底曲面数据。将通过测试得到的一个步态周期的连续的足底压力数据,变换为峰值压力数据。对峰值压力数据进行插值、仿形处理,使得其与楦底曲面数据点具有一一对应关系。通过设定合适的压—凹转换系数,将上述处理后的压力数据,分别映射到楦底曲面上,实现基于足底压力的楦底曲面重构。所提出的重构算法在MATLAB软件平台上,实现了可视化参数设计,界面具有操作简单方便的特点。
The technique to reconstruction the bottom surface of shoe last according to the plantar pressure distribution of human body was proposed and realized. The data of the bottom surface of the shoe last were extracted from the cloud data of shoe last. The sequential plantar pressure data of a gait cycle is transformed into the peak pressure data. The peak pressure data is processed by interpolation and imitating shape to build an one-to-one relationship with the date points of the last bottom surface. With pressure-concave ratio, the processed peak pressure data were mapped to the bottom surface of shoe last. Finally the reconstruction of shoe last bottom surface of dispersion of plantar pressure was achieved. The proposed reconstruction algorithm was realized to visualization parameters design on the MATLAB software platform, to provide a simple and convenient operation interface.
