摘要
目的探讨分析尿液检验在临床诊治中的应用。方法对2010年6月—2012年6月在该院收治的216例患者进行尿液检查,采集清晨第一次尿液10～20mL,采取干化学分析法,利用尿液分析仪进行检测,并对患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果尿液正常26例,其中有慢性肾炎史患者12例,糖尿病史患者14例;尿液异常190例,其中糖尿病患者101例,慢性肾炎患者20例,尿路感染患者31例,黄疸患者8例,酸中毒患者7例,肾结石患者13例。结论尿液检验可以辅助临床相关疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断,并能监护药物的治疗,尿液检验具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of urine test in the clinical diagnosis. Methods Urine test was applied to 216 patients admitted to the hospital from 2010.06 to 2012.06. T he first morning urine were collected about 10-20 mL and detected by dry chemical analysis and urine analysator. The clinic data of the patients were retrospective analysis. Results There were 26 cases which urine were normal. There were 12 patients who were chronic nephritis in the 26 cases. There were 14 patients who were diabetes mellitus in the 26 cases. There were 190 cases which urine were abnormal. There were 101 patients who were diabetes mellitus in the 190 cases. There were 20 patients who were chronic nephritis in the 190 cases. There were 31 patients who were urinary tract infection in the 190 cases. There were 8 patients who were jaundice in the 190 cases. There were 7 patients who were acidosis in the 190 cases. There were 13 patients who were renal lithiasis in the 190 cases. Conclusion Urine test is helpful to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of some clinic disease. The treatment can be guardianship by urine test. Urine test is higher clinical application value.
