摘要 从混凝土配合比、振捣工艺和模板材料等几方面解释了斜坡混凝土浇筑成型面气泡数量多且不易消除的原因,结合透水模板布在某水电站斜面混凝土施工中的应用实例,分析了透水模板和普通钢模板的气泡排出机理,并依据斯托克斯定律探讨了气泡排出与倾斜模板及其混凝土参数间的相互关系,提出了消除斜坡成型混凝土表面气泡的有效施工工艺措施。 The reasons of numerous blowholes occurred and difficult to be free from concrete inclined surface are in- terpreted according to several impact aspects such as concrete mixture proportion, vibration technique and formwork type. Combined with the examples of concrete cast construction of a hydropower station applied controlled permeability form- work in inclined mould, the blowholes discharged mechanisms of controlled permeability formwork and ordinary steel formwork are analyzed. And base on Stokes Law and fresh concrete parameters, the relationship of blowholes eliminate duration and the inclined formwork is discussed. In addition, the effective construction technical measures for eliminating blowholes formed on concrete inclined surface are put forword.
