摘要
通过改变铜矿渣的取代水泥量,研究了铜矿渣对混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着铜矿渣取代率的增加,混凝土的强度略有降低且脆性增加;铜矿渣混凝土的单轴受压应力-应变曲线与普通混凝土相近;采用数值计算模型和损伤模型构造铜渣混凝土的本构关系,回归曲线与实测单轴受压应力-应变曲线的吻合较好,基本能够真实地再现应力-应变曲线,可用于混凝土结构的计算分析。
The influence of copper slag on the mechanical properties of concrete is studied by changing the cement content replaced by copper slag. The results show that with increasing the content of copper slag, the strength of concrete decreases a little while the brittleness of concrete increases; the uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve of concrete with copper slag is similar to that of ordinary concrete; the constitutive relation of concrete with copper slag is established using the numerical model and the damage model. The fitted regression curves got by numerical model approach to the measured uniaxial compressive stress-strain curves, and they can be used to analyze the constitutive relations of concrete structure.
