摘要
目的:研制一套脊柱三维运动试验机的控制系统。方法:基于LabVIEW可视化开发平台,阿尔泰的数据采集卡、驱动卡、力矩传感器及力川伺服机,采用脉冲计时法。结果:研制了一套脊柱三维运动控制系统,并能实现时间-角度,时间-力矩,角度-力矩图视效果,达到预期的目的。结论:该装置可应用于骨椎的稳定性分析、骨体植入物稳定性分析等实验。
Objective To develop a control system of the 3D spine motion tester.Methods The system was studied by LabVIEW visual development platform,Altai data acquisition card,driver card,torque sensors and Lihuan servo motor with pulse timing method.Results The views of time-angle,time-torque and angle-torque could be realized with the control system.Conclusion The control system can be used for the stability analyses of spine,bone implant and etc.
