摘要
目的:研制一种可安装在生物安全实验室内的效率检漏型排风高效过滤装置,可实现对高效空气过滤器的原位检漏和消毒。方法:依据高效空气过滤器效率法检测和气体消毒要求,进行高效空气过滤装置的结构设计。结果:该高效空气过滤装置,可采用效率法对高效过滤器进行原位检漏,并可对过滤器进行原位气体消毒及验证消毒效果,满足相关标准要求。结论:该装置适用于生物安全实验室的污染空气排放处置,可满足我国生物安全实验室建设的需要。
Objective To develop an exhaust HEPA filter unit installed in the laboratory that has the functions of in-situ leak detection and sterilization of HEPA filter.Methods The structure composition of the unit was designed according to the requirement of efficiency test and gas sterilization of HEPA filter.Results The HEPA filter unit which met relevant standard requirements had the functions of in-situ leak detection using efficiency test,sterilization and validating the effect of sterilization of HEPA filter.Conclusion The unit which is applicable to decontamination of contaminated air emissions of bio-safety laboratory can meet the needs of construction of bio-safety laboratory in China
