摘要
研究了在 p H4.8介质中 ,锌和铁在 HOAc- Na OAc底液中各产生一个灵敏吸附波的最佳条件。应用于连续测定粮油制品中强化剂锌和铁含量 ,方法简便、快速 ,灵敏度。
It is reported in this paper that in a buffer solution of NaOAc HOAc (pH 4.8), Zn(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) which are usually added as nutritive intensifying agents can be determined successively by stripping voltammetry in cereal and oil products. The proposed method is proved to be accurate, rapid, sensitive and also convenient to operate.
