摘要 以五角枫(Acer mono Maxim.)水培幼茎为外植体,分析了不同培养阶段不同培养基配方对其快速繁殖的影响。结果表明:五角枫茎段在添加了1.5 mg/L浓度6-BA的MS培养基上萌发率达到90%,芽体平均长度达到4.2 cm;增殖培养以培养基MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L增殖效果最佳,平均每个外植体出芽数为4.3个,新芽高4.7 cm;最适生根培养基为添加了IBA 0.3 mg/L和NAA 0.2 mg/L的1/2 MS培养基,生根率可达60.3%.生根苗移栽至草炭∶蛭石∶沙子=1∶1∶1混合基质中,成活率可达96%以上。 By taking Acer mono Maxim. hydroponic young stems as explants, the tissue culture ability was analyzed at dif- ferent stages with different culture media. The results showed that the germination ratio of dormant buds reached 90% on MS medium after adding 1.5 mg/L 6-BA, and the average height of the buds was 4. 2 cm. The best culture medium for bud propagation was MS medium containing 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0. 2 mg/L NAA, the average number of germinated buds was 4. 3 each explants, and the average height of the buds was 4.7 cm. The best rooting culture medium was 1/2MS with 0. 3 mg/L IBA and 0. 2 mg/L NAA,and the rooting ratio reached 60. 3%. After transferred to mixed media containing the same-size ratio of grass peat, vermiculite and sand,the plantlets survival rate was beyond 96%.
