摘要
针对在非协调无序充电方式下,电动汽车充电会给配电网带来一些功率损耗和电压偏移、增大负荷峰谷差等问题,构建了一种协调性有序充电调度策略。首先分析了电动汽车充电方式对配电网的影响,揭示了配电网中协调有序充电的必要性;然后,从安全性和经济性两方面出发,同时以最小化配电网功率损耗和减小电网等效负荷峰谷差为目标,建立了各个节点上电动汽车的最优充电调度策略。最后,采用遗传算法进行仿真求解,验证了该协调性有效充电策略的合理性和有效性。
Aiming at the power losses, voltage deviation and increasing differences of load peak and valley in distribution net- work caused by disorderly non - coordinated charging of electric vehicle, a dispatching strategy of orderly coordinated charging is established. Firstly, the effect of electric vehicle charging methods on distribution network is analyzed, and the necessity of orderly coordinated charging in distribution network is described. From the aspects of security and economy, the optimal char- ging dispatching strategy on each node is established taking minimizing the power losses of distribution network and decreasing the differences of load peak and valley as the goal. Finally, the rationality and validity of coordinated charging strategy are ver- ified by the simulation with genetic algorithm.
