摘要
探索了如何在过滤陶瓷片上制备Silicalite 1和 β沸石分子筛复合膜 ,对它们分离水中微量苯酚和苯的性能进行了考察 ,并用XRD ,SEM和UV等测试方法对其物理化学性能和结构进行了表征 .结果表明 :Silicalite 1和 β沸石分子筛复合膜均具有明显的分离性能 ;在分离苯酚溶液时 ,β分子筛膜的性能优于Silicalite 1分子筛膜 ,两者的平均脱除率分别为 6 9.9%和 5 1.5 % .通过对Silicalite 1沸石分子筛复合膜进行二次合成及高温水蒸气处理 。
The in situ syntheses of silicalite 1 and β zeolite membrane on ceramic filter substrate, which had larger mean pore size and wide pore size distribution, were performed. The removal of trace phenol and benzene from water through the zeolite composite membranes was studied. The physico chemical properties and structural characteristics of the zeolite composite membranes were characterized by XRD, SEM and UV techniques. It was found that silicalite 1 and β zeolite membranes both possess fairly good separation performance for PhOH/H 2O, and C 6H 6/H 2O and that the performance of β membrane for PhOH/H 2O is better than that of silicalite 1 one. After secondary synthesis and steam treatment of silicalite 1 zeolite composite membrane at high temperature, its separation capacity for PhOH and C 6H 6 increases remarkably.
