摘要
在 p H4.74的 HAc- Na Ac缓冲溶液中 ,以氨三乙酸为活化剂 ,KIO4 氧化锌试剂的反应受 Mn( )的催化加速 ,从而建立了测定超痕量锰的新方法。研究了影响反应速率的条件 ,测定了反应的表观活化能及表观速率常数。该法的检出限为 2 .4× 1 0 -11g/m L,测定范围是 0 .0~ 2 0 ng/1 0 m L。可用于蒸馏水中超痕量锰及大豆。
Using nitrolotriacetic acid as an activating agent,Mn(Ⅱ) can catalyze reaction of zincon with potassium periodate in HAc~NaAc(pH=4.74) buffers. The optimum conditions for the rate of the reaction were found, and some kinetic parameters were estimated. The detection limit is 2.4×10 -11 g/mL and the linear range for determination of manganese is 0~20 ng/10mL. The method was used for determination of trace manganese in distilled water,soybean and flour samples with satisfactory results.
