抗凋亡蛋白B淋巴细胞/白血病-xL的表达在前列腺增生衰老逃逸机制中的作用

摘要 目的探讨抗凋亡蛋白B淋巴细胞/白血病-xL(bcl-xL)在良性前列腺增生(BPH)发病机制中的作用及其与临床指标的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测bcl-xL和雄激素受体(AR)在30例BPH和16例正常前列腺标本(正常对照组)中的表达;用等级相关分析方法分析bcl-xL与临床数据的关系。结果bcl-xL和AR在BPH组中的表达分别为7.982±2.542和9.837±3.493,在正常对照组的表达分别为3.991±0.508和7.328±0.612,BPH组的表达量明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.05);在BPH组30例患者中bcl-xL与AR的表达采用Spearman等级相关系数分析结果(r=0.540,P〈0.01),两者呈正相关(P〈0.05);此外,bcl-xL的表达与BPH患者的年龄、前列腺体积及前列腺特异抗原(PSA)值相关系数分别为0.712、0.684和0.379,均呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论bcl-xL在良性前列腺增生衰老逃逸发病机制中可能具有重要作用,并且与BPH的进展明显相关。 Objective To study the effects of antiapoptotic protein B lymphocytes/leukemia-xL (bcl-xL) on benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) pathogenesis and their relationship to the clinical indica- tors. Methods The expression of bcl-xL and androgen receptor (AR) in 30 BPH tissues and 16 normal prostatic tissues was detected by using immunohistochemistry. The relationship between bcl-xL and clinical indicators was analyzed by Spearman correlation test. Results As compared with normal prostatic tissues (3.991 ± 0. 508 and 7. 328 ± 0. 612), the expression of bel-xL and AR was significantly increased in BPH tissues (7.982±2. 542 and 9. 837 ±3.493, P 〈 0.05 ), and there was a positive correlation (0. 540, P 〈 0.01 ) between the expression of bcl-xL and AR in BPH. In addition, the expression of bcl-xL had a posi- tive correlation with patients' age, prostate volume and PSA with the correlation coefficient being 0. 712, 0. 684 and 0. 379 respectively (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion bcl-xL may play an important role in aging escape mechanism of BPH and have certain relevance with the progress of BPH.
