黄粉虫蛹油不饱和脂肪酸的提取及其微胶囊制备 被引量:2

摘要 运用索氏抽提法提取粗脂肪,通过正交试验法比较提取溶剂、料液比和提取时间对粗脂肪提取率的影响,得出最优条件:以石油醚为提取溶剂,料液比为1∶20,提取、蒸馏2 h,黄粉虫蛹油获得率可达34.68%.采用尿素包合法纯化蛹油中的不饱和脂肪酸,提取率达70.72%.以获得的不饱和脂肪酸为囊芯材料,以明胶与阿拉伯胶为壁材,用复凝聚法制备不饱和脂肪酸微胶囊,经单因素法分析获得制备微胶囊的最佳工艺:壁材浓度为2.5%,反应温度为55℃,搅拌速度为1200 r·min-1,制备的微胶囊包埋率为48.81%. Crude oil was extracted from pupae of Tenebrio molitor L. by $oxhlet extraction. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal test: petroleum ether was solvent, the ratio of the solid to liquid was 1: 20, and extracting time was 2 h, the yield of crude off was 34.68%. Urea adduetion fractionation method was used to isolate the unsaturated fatty acid from the pupae crude oil, and the yield of refining oil was 70.72%. The manufacture of mieroencapsulation of unsaturated fatty acids by complex coacervation using gelatin and gum arabic as the wall materials was studied. The singal factor test was used to confirm the optimal condition: density of gum arabic and gelatin was 2.5% , condensing temperature was 55 ℃, the speed of stirring was 1200 r . min-1 , the encapsulation efficiency of mieroencapulation powders was 48.81%.
