摘要
从煤样的制备、煤样的浸湿状态、煤样的抽滤及湿度平衡等方面分析了测定煤的最高内在水分的影响因素,并按照GB/T 4632—2008《煤的最高内在水分测定方法》测定了不同煤化程度煤的最高内在水分,指出应重视煤样的抽滤和恒湿过程等关键的操作步骤以得到重复性较好的测定结果。
This paper analyzed the influencing factors on determination of moisture holding capacity of coal from aspects such as preparation of coal samples, wetting state, air pump filtration of coal samples and moisture balance. The moisture holding capacities of coals with different degree of coalification were determined according to the GB/T 4632 - 2008 Determination of moisture holding capacity of coal. It was indicated that in order to get good repeatability of testing results, some key procedures like air pump filtration of coal samples and moisture balance were needed to be valued.
