摘要
2012年以来,我国煤炭市场形势发生显著变化,煤价大幅下跌,供需形势逆转。文章介绍了当前煤炭产能过剩的基本情况,分析了产能过剩对煤炭企业人力资源管理的影响,并提出采取裁员与增员相结合、改革激励机制、提高凝聚力和培养有实力的营销团队等各种有效的应对策略,帮助企业渡过难关。
Since the year of 2012, there was a reversed supply and demand situation occurred in China coal market. The pa- per introduced the basic conditions of the present surplus coal production capacity and analyzed the surplus coal production ca- pacity affected to the human resources management of the coal enterprises. Different effective countermeasures to have a com- bination of the staff reduction and staff increased, to reform the incentive mechanism, to improve the cohesive force and to train a powerful sales team were provided in order to help the enterprise passing through a hard time.
