摘要
2011年5月文家沟泥石流治理工程竣工后,针对文家沟地质特点,对文家沟各区域采用雨量监测、泥位监测、视频监测等先进技术手段,开发建设了文家沟泥石流地质灾害监测预警系统。基于文家沟的水文地质特性确定文家沟监测仪器布设与泥石流监测预警方案,提出预警信息发布方案。文家沟泥石流监测预警系统可以实时监测泥石流活动的相关数据,对泥石流活动进行预测分析,并且根据分析结果向受泥石流威胁地区的地方政府发布预警信号。
Using rainfall record,mud traces record,video monitor,water-cut measurement,and other advanced techniques to construct a monitoring system for source area,passing through area and accumulation area of Wenjiagou debris flow,according to the geology engineering characteristics,to combine a monitor and early warning software system designed for Wenchuan earthquake area is an effective method to survey and to make early warning for Wenjiagou debris flow.The system can collect debris flow’s activity information in real time and forecast dangers according to instant analysis,and deliver early warning information to local government of Qingping Town.
