摘要
阐述了鞍钢目前高炉除尘灰产生的工艺流程和利用方式,对除尘灰的化学成分、粒度组成进行了分析,并对喷吹煤粉中添加除尘灰进行实验室研究,分析了配入不同比例除尘灰后,混合煤粉的工业分析、灰熔融性能、发热值和燃烧性能的变化情况,开展喷吹煤粉中配入除尘灰的工业试验,寻求适合配入比例,并对高炉喷吹除尘灰后的炉况的变化及喷吹除尘灰的优缺点进行说明,得出鞍钢在目前的生产条件下,高炉可以进行除尘灰的喷吹应用。
The prosess of BF dust and utilization mode were introduced in this paper.The composition and particle size of BF dust was analyzed in laboratory.The mixture of BF dust with pulverous coal was studied in content of ash,volatile and fixed carbon.The industry test was conducted to find best mixing proportion and to observe the condition change in BF.It can be concluded that dust injection in BF is feasible under present producing condition in Ansteel.
