摘要
利用ANSYS Workbench软件分析了不同工况下,滤波减速器轮齿的温度场分布特点及其静力学状态。通过ANSYS Workbench提供的间接耦合方法,对固定齿轮与双联齿轮进行温度与静力学耦合计算,重点讨论了不同输入转速和输出转矩下产生的不同温度场分布特性及静力学特点。结果表明:齿轮负载转矩和输入转速的增大、环境温度的升高,都将提高齿轮本体温度和增大轮齿的应变、应力和压力。通过研究可以有效增加齿轮在空间环境下的可靠性,为航空、航天提供理论依据,从而保证航天器的安全。
Using ANSYS Workbench to analyze the temperature distrtbutton of the litter reaucer tooth under different operating conditions ,as well as its Statics state.An indirect coupling analysis method of ANSYS Workbench is provided to calculate the temperature and static characteristics affixed gear and double gear.Focused on the temperature distribution in the different input speed and output torque, as well as its static mechanical characteristics ,the analysis results show that the load torque, input speed and the ambient temperature increases will increase the temperature of the gear body and the strain,stress and pressure of the gear.This research can effectively increase the reliability of the gear in the space environ- ment,to provide a theoretical basis for the aerospace, and to ensure the safety of the spacecraft.
