摘要
管孔零件尺寸测量,是当前加工和装配中的一个难点。基于机器视觉的管孔零件尺寸自动测量系统,可以从根本上解决人工测量效率低、精度低的问题,而且还能对这些指标进行定量描述,对缺陷的形态、类型进行鉴别和统计,具有人工检测所无法比拟的优越性。应用机器视觉原理,设计了一套管孔类零件尺寸自动测量方法,先通过图像摄取装置把图像抓取到,然后将该图像传送至处理单元加以处理,包括图像滤波、图像边缘检测、图像分割和特征测量,最后将上述功能进行整合,搭建了管孔零件尺寸自动测量系统。
It is still a difficulty to measure pore parts in processing and assembly currently.The ex- isted manual measurement method can't measure the dimension of pore parts efficiency and accuracy.An automatic dimensions measuring method of pore parts based on machine vision is proposed which not only can solve the above problems ,but also can quantitative describe and identify the shape and types of the de- fects.In this method,the image pickup device is used to take photos and then send the photos to the part of image processing to process ,which includes intage filtering, edge detection,image segmentation and feature measurement,which are integrated into a system for automatic measuring the dimensions of pore parts.
