摘要
以沈阳市地铁一号线为研究对象,运用特征价格模型对其沿线住房增值进行量化分析,找出沈阳市地铁一号线对沿线住房价格的空间性影响程度及规律,为政府相关部门规划其他地铁线路及房地产开发企业经营决策、消费者购房等提出相应建议。
With the subway line NO.1 in Shenyang as the research object, using the hedonic price model to make a quantitative analysis of the housing appreciation, finding out the impact of subway line NO.1 on the housing price in Shenyang and the rule, and providing some suggestions for the relevant government departments which program oth- er subway lines, real estate development enterprises that make decision and consumers that purchase house.
